  • ZynMeet offers a free plan so you can explore and test our basic features before subscribing to a paid plan.
  • Since you can try ZynMeet for free, we encourage you to use this option to make sure the platform meets your needs before upgrading.
  • Paid Subscriptions

  • ZynMeet offers monthly and annual subscription plans.
  • By subscribing, you agree to our (Terms of Service) and this Refund Policy.
  • Refund Eligibility

    You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues - If you face a technical problem that prevents you from using ZynMeet, and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate Payment - If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription.
  • Accidental Renewal - If your subscription renews automatically and you contact us within 7 days of the charge, we may issue a refund.
  • Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds will not be provided in these cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to cancel your subscription before renewal.
  • Inability to use the service due to lack of internet, device issues, or third-party restrictions.
  • Partial use of a subscription period (e.g., canceling mid-month).
  • Payment gateway charges - Transaction fees deducted by Razorpay, Cashfree, or other processors are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.
  • After cancellation, you will continue to have premium access until the end of your billing cycle.
  • No further charges will apply after cancellation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI) within 7–10 business days.
  • Actual timelines may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway (Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.).
